We start with the building,
not the box.

Most quotes begin with a camera count. Ours begins with a walk-through — and we tell you what you do not need as readily as what you do.

Approach

Most quotes start with a
camera count. Ours starts
with a walk-through.

A system priced off a list will always have a blind spot somewhere — usually the one that matters. So we survey first, and we tell you what you don't need as readily as what you do.

Security audit

Entrances, service doors, back-of-house, parking, delivery bays, cash paths. We take a broad overview of the whole property and work out what the security actually has to achieve before a single item is specified.

Coverage design

Every camera is given a job — identify, recognise, observe or monitor. Lens choice, mounting height and angle all follow from that. So does storage: retention is worked back from the days you need, not the drive that came in the box.

Drawn up so you can see the reasoning

Control of the door

Cameras tell you what happened. Access control decides what happens next. Facial recognition, fingerprint and card readers, guard control, intercom and gate integration — designed alongside the cameras, never bolted on after.

How a job runs

No surprises,
in either direction.

Site surveys and call-outs are quoted before we book them, so you know the cost before anyone arrives.

  1. 1

    Site survey

We walk the property with you, hear what has gone wrong before, and mark up what needs covering.

  2. 2

    Design

Camera positions, lens choices, cable routes, network load and recording days — set out so you can see the reasoning.

  3. 3

    Quotation

Itemised. Equipment, labour and any call-out fee stated upfront, with alternatives where a cheaper option is genuinely fine.

  4. 4

    Installation

Neat cabling, tidy terminations, minimum disruption to trading or guests. Difficult environments are our normal.

  5. 5

    Commissioning

Angles set, analytics tuned, remote viewing tested on your phone and laptop, signed off with you present.

  6. 6

    Support

Post-installation support, health checks, maintenance plans and SLAs. Emergency, after-hours and weekend call-outs.
